It operates outside of ResourceFlow.

Structural Separation
ResourceFlow does not:
- Operate the Giving Circle
- Manage contributions
- Control distributions
- Select beneficiaries
- Oversee administration
All charitable activity associated with the Giving Circle occurs independently of ResourceFlow
Relationship to ResourceFlow
ResourceFlow maintains no operational role in the Giving Circle.
Any overlap is limited to:
- Conceptual alignment
- Informational reference
There is no shared governance, custody, or execution.
Participation and Contributions
Participation in the Giving Circle is voluntary and external.
ResourceFlow does not:
- Solicit participation
- Process donations
- Provide tax documentation
- Represent donor intent
All participation is governed by the Giving Circle’s own terms and infrastructure.
External Access
Information regarding the Giving Circle, including participation details, is maintained externally.
Boundary Statement
Reference to the Giving Circle does not imply:
- Endorsement
- Sponsorship
- Oversight
- Partnership
This separation protects both ResourceFlow and the Giving Circle.
